Our inflatable screens can be placed on grass, sand or concrete. We have various sized screens that can be inflated on your pool deck or under trees in a private setting. We can set-up in just about any location.

How to plan a poolside movie party for your pool party or event:
We’ll explain by giving you a real-life example.  FunFlicks services many swim clubs across America. One in particular "The Oaks" Swim Club has several movie parties every season. Three total events to be exact - one each month through the summer.

These poolside events are held on a weekday night (Tuesdays) when there are no swim meets. THINK MIDWEEK! Event rental prices may be less, and you will draw a larger crowd - since you are not competing with families busy weekend entertainment and activities.

The Oaks will open the concession stand which brings in added revenue that would not have been earned if it wasn't movie night! They sell pizza, drinks, ice cream, cotton candy, hot dogs and tons of fresh cooked popcorn. This is hidden revenue for your pool club - that would not have been earned, without the pool party theme.

Working folks, families and teenagers alike all enjoy these evenings at the pool, relaxing, having dinner (at the snack bar) and watching a movie.  This particular pool event brings in about 250 members to each movie night. They agree it's enjoyable pool entertainment.

You may want to open your movie night up to guests of your members, with an appropriate guest fee. Promote your movie night on your website and through on-site flyers. 

The inflable movie theater is set-up about 7:00pm when the pool members have left for the afternoon. Movies typically start at dark - 9:00pm or so.

The portable movie screen and sound system is set-up on a grassy plot next to the pool. The screen stands in front of the basketball court/volley ball court (which is closed for the evening). The plot is about 30-foot wide and about 80-foot deep. Plenty of space to fit a comfortable crowd. Management even provides inflatables for the kids to wade in the pool while watching the movie!

When the movie starts, most everyone has genuine interest in the film. You will be surprised, even the little kids are sucked into the movie! The enourmous size of the inflatable movie screen and intense sound system will win over every crowd.

Half way through the movie, the snack bar closes - just like at a real drive-in! This gives the staff working time to clean and close up shop for the evening. When the movie is over, the plot is picked up, lights turned out, and everyone goes home. A SUPER EASY EVENING under the stars, with the stars - all poolside.
